Chloe is an Equity singer-songwriter, dancer, actress, and guitarist based in New York City, originally from New Orleans, Louisiana. She received her undergraduate training in Musical Theatre at the New Orleans Center for Creative Arts and earned her B.A. from The Young Americans College of the Performing Arts in Corona, California. Through the program, she spent three years touring, performing, and teaching throughout the United States and Europe.

Chloe has performed as a Victory Belle at The National WWII Museum, appeared at Hong Kong Disneyland, and worked with several notable Equity theatres across the U.S.
