Fritz is a senior at the University of Miami’s Frost School of Music. He is working toward a degree in Modern Artist Development & Entrepreneurship with a minor in Creative American Music. 

Originally from Prairie Village, Kansas, Fritz grew up in an incredibly musical family. His sister convinced him to do musical theatre from a young age, which became his first love. Through theatre he learned the importance of loving what you do, and putting your all into every performance. From there, he began playing every instrument under the sun and writing his own music. It didn’t take long for him to realize that was what he wanted to do for the rest of his life. He now is a founding member of the touring bluegrass band “The Wire Jays”.  

Fritz is passionate about music education, and wants to help spread the power of music in any way he can. It is his honor to inspire the next generation of musicians.
